Our vision.

A society where inclusion, fairness and equity are the norm.

Where individually and collectively, we all have the conditions to fulfil our full health potential. Where communities flourish with place-based and community-led initiatives with organisations and sectors working collaboratively, putting aside hyper-competition. What we do.

We’re a certified social enterprise “business for good” with a mission to reduce health inequity within our communities.

We partner with local government, local health districts and other organisations to provide co-designed, community-based physical activity and well-being programs for underserved communities.

Community Programs

We deliver fun and inclusive programs to help people with disability and mental health conditions make friends, increase physical activity and improve their well-being.

NDIS Programs

We provide training, employment and support for people from refugee backgrounds in the sport, leisure, and physical activity sector as a work integration social enterprise (WISE).

Training & Employment

School Programs

We deliver a range of multi-sport and well-being programs for schools, designed to increase physical activity and literacy and improve the well-being of children and young people.

  • "Thank you for coming into our school and running our games. The children and our staff found the activities to be fun and engaging. The trainers understood the students’ needs and abilities and gave us some great ideas for active and fun games we can continue with the students. A great program!"

Leanne Hall, Warrah Specialist School Marketing and Admin

  • "Merna is an absolutely fantastic coach, she always has great interactions and energy with our students. The sessions are organised and set up ready to go, she has the students focus and attention the whole session, and they talk about all the great things they have done, including new games and routines.”

    Kelly Ford, Head Teacher

  • "Collective Leisure has made a significant impact at our Activate Inclusion Sports Days. Their innovative activities and unwavering dedication have not only brought joy and excitement to the participants but have also showcased their commitment to fostering inclusivity and empowerment through sports"

Kristy Rohrer, Disability Sports Australia, National Program Manager – Activate Inclusion Sports Days for schools

  • "This program has opened up a whole new world... I was in tears during the art class because I was laughing so much. You walk away from this thinking, 'Well this isn't a bad day, not a bad day at all."

Jennifer, Liverpool Seniors Program participant after attending an art class

  • "We had our first dance class yesterday and it was amazing. So much fun. Nadine is an excellent teacher and I think I smiled the whole lesson. And as an added bonus, my neck feels great this morning and it had been really sore for a while."

Colette, Liverpool Seniors Program participant after attending a dance class

  • "I would just like to thank you and your staff for these wonderful programs that are now being offered to the older residents in the Liverpool Council. It is the first time over all the years I have lived in the area, 50, that we have had such a program set up."

Joy, Liverpool Seniors Program participant after attending a Gentle Exercise session

  • "Was going to text yesterday to ask you to please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Pallavi for her wonderful Indian cooking lessons. She is so patient and makes it look so easy. And, of course, it's all very delicious. Her life philosophy is also so inspiring."

Elma, Liverpool Seniors Program participant after attending the Cooking Class

  • "We have had such a positive partnership and have seen 100% involvement of all our students in the program. Students have been engaged in the physical activities, demonstrated improvement in following instructions and in development of fundamental movement skills."

Lorraine Silvera, Assistant Principle - Special Education

  • "Collective Leisure has designed and delivered an impressive and thorough Wellbeing program for our Year 10 students which has been an annual event for the last four years. David and Jennifer have shown unwavering commitment and genuine intuition to make changes to the program so that it evolves to meet the specific needs of each cohort. Their unique initiative to offer working opportunities for our former students in their roles as facilitators for other CL activities, has been greatly appreciated. Their program provides a highly effective learning experience with loads of practical and fun-filled activities that cover so many aspects of any individual's wellbeing. We sincerely value this, as well as, our long term and secure partnership with Collective Leisure!"

Maria Pascalis, Hedy Brunet & Qudsia Rahimi, Refugee Student Support team - Bankstown Senior College

  • "It's been really great being connected with Collective Leisure and being able to tap into knowledge around sports and recreation work pathways, as this is an area that we had little experience with at ASC. Clients have successfully been linked with training and upskilling programs, and I've seen first hand the positive impact it's had on their lives. A champion swimmer left their manufacturing job and now gets to work at a pool again. Another client with high level football experience has been connected with sports coaching training and has increased their local network. We're really looking forward to continuing our relationship with Collective Leisure and seeing our successful collaborations in the future."

Jeff Milgate, Employment Lead - Asylum Seekers Centre

  • "Working at Belgravia as a Lifeguard is a really good place for me. I do gym and swimming training there and it's my favourite place to be. Before, I was working in a warehouse but this job is much more in line with my interests and experience. It's really my dream to be working in the same place as my swimming and gym."

  • "The impact of the lifeguard training and my new job is positive and I personally feel very good. Now I am in an environment where I can meet lots of people from different cultures and improve my English every day. Everyone in the team I am working with is cool and I get along with them as well as my managers. I thank you infinitely for having connected me to these opportunities!"

  • "Dave's patience and sense of humour have been instrumental in creating a non-competitive and fun environment, encouraging our students to get active and enjoy the benefits of sports. Pickleball has been a perfect activity for our young people to learn and enjoy. Additionally, our basketball practice sessions with Dave led us to victory at the Youth Off The Streets Basketball Gala Day, where we won the trophy. This achievement brought immense therapeutic joy to our school community!"

Yasmin Schubach, Eduction School Administrator - Youth off the Streets

  • "Collective Leisure provided an inclusive, fun and engaging modified sport program for our students. They thoroughly enjoyed the sessions each week."
