Mental Health Programs.
We deliver workshops and sports-based mental health programs to boost well-being by fostering physical activity, social connection, and confidence, reducing isolation, and enhancing mood.
We co-design, collaborate and deliver inclusive programs to support people on their mental health recovery journey on behalf of schools, local government and organisations.
Playing football supports mental health recovery by enhancing mood, reducing stress, and fostering social connections, which can alleviate feelings of isolation and build self-esteem through teamwork and physical activity.

Bespoke Mental Health and Well-being programs
We run a variety of programs designed to improve mental health and well-being using our Wheel of Well-being as a wholistic framework to support social engagement and positive emotions while promoting the implementation of behavioural changes through a strengths-based approach.
Our instructors can deliver a variety of sessions, incorporating well-being and mindfulness frameworks into mainstream sporting activities or delivering targeted programs incorporating mindfulness practices such as Meditation, Yoga and Pilates.
Previous programs have ranged from one-off sessions to regular workshops or intensive multi-day hands-on workshops. See one case study below.
