  • "We appreciate the support we receive at Collective Leisure, who make it possible for a person from a CALD background to achieve any possibility. They understand our background and use our own knowledge to help support us. They say "How can we support you to do the task?" instead of "You can't do the task because of the language barrier.""

  • "Working at Belgravia as a Lifeguard is a really good place for me. I do gym and swimming training there and it's my favourite place to be. Before, I was working in a warehouse but this job is much more in line with my interests and experience. It's really my dream to be working in the same place as my swimming and gym."
