Khujesta Qeyam
Lead Digital Mentor and Digital Literacy Program Facilitator
Originally from Afghanistan, Khujesta moved to Australia with her family in 2024.
She holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Mining, as well as Islamic Studies with extensive experience in administration, community support, project coordination, environmental management, and finance. She has a proven ability to design and implement initiatives that empower communities, particularly women and vulnerable groups. She is skilled in stakeholder engagement, addressing critical issues like gender-based violence, and fostering community-driven development through strategic planning and training.
As a collaborative leader, Khujesta adapts easily to new challenges and focuses on promoting equity and community well-being. She is currently pursuing a Management degree in Administration to further enhance herleadership and organisational skills.
Khujesta is fluent in Dari, Pashto, Uzbek, Urdu, Hindi, and English, enabling her to engage with diverse communities. She enjoys working with people to improve their well-being.
