New Adult Sportability Club launch!

On the back of our success with the Kids Sportability Club and programs as an adaptive sports provider, we’ve been awarded a grant by the City of Parramatta to set up an Adult Sportability Club.

Our Sports Development Officer Merna Yalda and coach Carmin Yunadam received the grant from Lord Mayor Donna Davis (pictured).

The club will be open to anyone over the age of 18 years old with a learning disability, physical or sensory impairments, and will be a great opportunity for participants to socialise, improve their physical literacy and have fun.

We’re very grateful to the City of Parramatta for its focus on growing Social Enterprises in Parramatta. We will be supporting Council to deliver on its Disability Inclusion Action Plan, and as an extension of the Active Parramatta program, creating an inclusive community.

The club will start 1 December 2022 at Dundas Community Centre.
