Path to Potential provides diversified workforce for leisure and aquatic industry
As a Work Integrated Social Enterprise (WISE) a primary focus of ours is to provide broader societal impacts by supporting young people from refugee backgrounds into employment in the leisure and aquatic industries. Meaningful employment brings many benefits including improved financial, physical and mental well-being, sense of belonging and self-esteem while allowing for more successful integration into the community.

ACPE to support Collective Leisure in new Sports Mentoring Program
Collective Leisure in collaboration with Auburn Youth Centre, is delivering a sports mentoring program specifically for young adults aged between 18-25 from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. The project is designed to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. It will also support participants’ growth and confidence by providing training and employment opportunities in the sport and leisure industry.
